WHAT IS THE ARC ANGEL STUN CANE™ ?

The ARC ANGEL STUN CANE™ is a stun device, also known as an Conductive Energy Device (CED).

The ARC ANGEL STUN CANE™ produces a high-voltage pulse that can immobilize a person for several lminutes with no permanent damage in most cases. CEDs use electrical output to briefly interrupt or block the communication system of the body and overpowers the normal electrical signals within the body’s nerve fibers.
