The ARC ANGEL BIG STICK™ is a defensive device
designed to neutralize an assailant from a safe distance,
using non-lethal means. While the medical evidence
strongly indicates that stun cane technology will not cause
lasting after effects or fatality,it is important to remember
that the nature of any physical confrontation involves risk.
A physical confrontation can lead to someone being hurt
due to unforeseen circumstances and individual
susceptibilities. All electrical conductive energy devices
should be used responsibly, by adults, and should
only be used in situations where the alternative would be
to use other force measures which carry similar or higher
degrees of risk.
