USING THE ARC ANGEL BIG STICK™
Keep the Big Stick out of the reach of children. Keep the battery charged. Make sure the Arc Angel Big Stick™ is dry and clean before storing. Use of the Arc Angel Big Stick ™ may result in the kinds of injuries that could come from using any defensive device, such as gouging an eye, therefore, do not aim at the head or eyes unless it is your intention to do so.
For added safety, a wrist lanyard is attached to the Safety Key. If you wear the lanyard around your wrist while the Safety Key is inserted into the cane, anyone who grabs the cane away from you will also cause the Safety Key to be removed from the cane, thus disarming the electrical component and preventing the Arc Angel Big Stick™ from being used any further by the potential assailant.
If a threat moves from potential to real, and you need to fully use the Arc Angel Big
Stick™ consider the following: The Arc Angel Big Stick™ is effective on most parts
of the body. For best results hold the tip of the Big Stick on a place that has a lot of
surface area, such as the chest, abdomen, groin or back.
Press the tip of the ARC ANGEL BIG STICK™ firmly against the body of an assailant while depressing the Firing Button. The Big Stick works most effectively when aggressively applied.
If the attacker is in front of you, press The Arc Angel Big Stick™ into the center of the attacker’s chest, or into the nerve bundles under the chin.
Note: If the attacker is touching you, the current will not transmit from the attacker back to you. The active current travels only between the two electrodes located on the tip of the Big Stick.
CAUTION: When handling or when adjusting the Arc Angel Big StickTM, avoid touching the tip. Always keep your fingers away from the tip of the cane unless the Safety key is removed or the Arming Button is off, and the red LED light is out. Adjusting the length of the Big Stick: Press in the spring button to reset the length of the Big Stick. Always have the Safety Key removed and the Power Button in the ‘safe’ or ‘OFF’ position before adjusting the length of the Big Stick.
